Miss Saigon

I was invited to be with geishas from Kyoto during their time-consuming dress-ceremonies and afterwards I was able to take photos of them during their appearance. The older geisha Geiko has already completed the whole education of becoming a geisha. The younger geisha, called Meiko, who can be recognized by lips that are painted on only one side, is still in the process of education.
