Buoye

The "Boye" lies in the "Mannenweier" open air pool in St. Gallen. Firmly anchored, reposing, pushed only by the wind into silent pirouettes, from far away it reminds one of a huge water lily, rose in colour and baroque in style – but nevertheless it is an artificial body. When the visitors jump onto it, the rocking life buoy with its curves and bows emerges like a ring of intertwined male torsos.
